Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AllHerTravel, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Safety Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AllHerTravel. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

AllHerTravel offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Purple, Gold, Pro Traveler) with additional features. Paid plans may include a free trial period; unless you cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the listed subscription price on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change with notice. Core safety features — safety alerts, SOS, the Safety Timer, and emergency contacts — are always free and are never limited to a paid plan.

AllHerTravel's safety features — including AI-monitored alerts, city safety information, community reviews and warnings, live location sharing, the Safety Timer, the AI Safety Assistant, and the SOS emergency function — are provided to help inform your travel decisions and are based on best-effort, often AI-generated or community-sourced information. They are not a guarantee of safety and are not a substitute for your own judgment, local knowledge, or contacting local emergency services directly. AllHerTravel is not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on in-app safety information, or a safety feature not functioning as expected (for example, due to lost connectivity, denied location permissions, or a contact not checking their email in time). Our travel assistant, AI Safety Assistant, translator, and other AI-powered features use third-party AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify safety-critical information (such as emergency phrases, local laws, or medical guidance) through official or local sources.

When you post a review, rating, safety report, or other content, you grant AllHerTravel a license to display it within the app. If you enable the Women Nearby directory, your Traveler Profile (display name, city, bio, and photo) becomes visible to other users, and you may receive direct messages from them — you can turn directory visibility off, and block or report any user, at any time. You're responsible for what you post or send — don't post or send anything false, harassing, illegal, or that violates someone else's rights. We may remove content, hide it, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in good faith, could put other users at risk.

AllHerTravel has zero tolerance for harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, sexual content, or any content or behavior that endangers another user. Every post, safety alert, profile, and message has a Report or Block option you can use right in the app. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team, and we take action ranging from removing content to suspending or banning an account, based on what we find. You can also reach us directly at safety@allhertravel.com. If you're ever in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first — reporting in-app is not a substitute for that.

Don't use AllHerTravel to harass or endanger others, impersonate someone else, submit false safety reports or SOS alerts, scrape or misuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent subscription features.

AllHerTravel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that venue, safety, directory, or translation information is fully accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllHerTravel and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on safety information, the directory, messaging, or the SOS feature. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

You may stop using AllHerTravel and delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where your local law provides consumer protections that can't be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
